Where does the data come from?
Public NSW planning and development-application data, published under a CC-BY attribution licence. We turn that public record into signals — which developments are happening and which trades they need. We don’t scrape private contact details and we don’t send spam.
Which councils do you cover?
All 128 NSW councils in the planning dataset — 456,000+ projects and growing every day as new DAs are lodged.
Is this legit and compliant?
Yes. It’s derived entirely from public planning data (CC-BY attributed). We surface development signals, not personal contact lists — there’s no cold-contact scraping, and nothing here is a marketing list of homeowners.
How will I get the alerts?
Email and SMS. Live sending is being switched on now — early-access members in each area get turned on first.
