Credits per project
How many credits depends on the project's total declared value.

The total declared value is the cost of the work, as written on the application to the council.

What you see when you open a project
- The full address and what's being built.
- The builder's or designer's business contact, with a rating of how sure we are, or, where none is on file yet, the builder's or applicant's name to look up yourself.
- A link to the council's own page for it.
Fair for everyone
- Only 3 businesses in your trade can open each project.
- Once you open a project, it stays open. You never pay twice for it.
- Pay-as-you-go accounts (trades, installers, suppliers, plant hire and small builders) get two project alert emails: a free Pulse email each month, with how much work there was in your trade and area, and new projects by email every 3 days, or every day or every 2 days if you pick. Every email can be unsubscribed from, and you can stop either one on its own.
