We use these only to contact you about BuildsConnect and to set up your alerts. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
The planning data we use
BuildsConnect’s information is drawn from the public NSW planning and development-application record. Each source publishes its own terms, and we name every source rather than assert one licence version. This is the public record of development activity. It is not a list of private individuals’ contact details, and we do not scrape or sell personal contact information.
How your submission is handled
Your form submission reaches our team directly.
The site is served through a content delivery network. Standard request logs and privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics may be collected to keep the site secure and understand traffic.
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to respond and set you up, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
