Where does the information come from?
From the public record. Every development application in NSW passes through the state planning register, and each council publishes the documents lodged with its applications. We read both, reused under the terms each source publishes, with every source named. Nothing comes from a bought list, and we do not send unsolicited marketing.
Which councils and trades are covered?
Every council in NSW is on the state planning register, and that is the base the product reads from. How deep we read a council’s own documents differs, and it grows over time rather than being fixed. You choose the trades, disciplines and councils you want to hear about.
Is this legitimate to use?
It is built entirely on the public NSW planning record, with every source named. That is our design, not a certification of legal compliance, and your own outreach still needs to follow the law.
How do I get started?
Sign up and you are live straight away, with no card needed.
How do I know a lead is right?
Every project carries its council reference, so you can open the council’s own record and check it before you call. The cost shown is the figure the applicant stated, and it is labelled that way. Anything read from a document shows the words it came from. Where the record is silent, the field is left blank rather than guessed.
