Traffic Control All traffic control during construction shall be in accordance with the TfNSW (Ro ads and Maritime Services) – Traffic Control at Works Sites Manual and the certified traffic control plan. Four things that trigger one
- Conditions of consent name arborist, traffic, dilapidation or acoustic work before a named stage. How that reads.

What we will not tell you
We do not say a building is non-compliant. We say what the record shows and what it does not. A discipline is served as an asserted claim only once its extraction precision has been read on a hand-labelled sample large enough to prove it: we assert only when the lower bound of the measurement clears 90%, not when the average does, and every discipline carries the sample it rests on. Today that means all of them are served with the council’s words instead, and named as such. Coverage is council by council: check yours.
