Information you give us

When you use the early-access / demo form, we collect the details you enter — your name, email, business or trade, the area you work, and any message. We use these only to contact you about BuildsConnect and to set up your alerts. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

The planning data we use

DA Intel’s signals are derived from public NSW planning and development-application data, published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) licence. This is the public record of development activity — it is not a list of private individuals’ contact details, and we do not scrape or on-sell personal contact information.

How your submission is handled

• Your form submission is delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider.
• The site is served by Cloudflare; standard request logs and privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics may be collected to keep the site secure and understand traffic.
• We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to respond and set you up, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve given us — just email the contact address in the footer and we’ll sort it out.

This is a straightforward privacy notice for a pre-launch marketing site and will be expanded as the product and its data-handling formalise.
