Home/How it works

Set it once. Then just get the work sooner.

DA Intel turns the scattered public record of every new NSW development into a simple feed of the jobs that are actually yours. Here’s the whole thing, end to end.

01

Tell us your trades and your patch

Pick the trades you do: electrician, plumber, roofer, chippie, whatever it is. Then choose the councils you cover. It takes a minute, and you can change it any time as your work shifts. No two setups are the same, and yours only ever surfaces work that fits it.

02

We watch every new NSW DA

The moment a development application is lodged with any of the 128 councils, we read it. An enrichment engine works out which trades that project is going to need, based on what’s being built, so a two-storey dwelling and a warehouse fit-out don’t reach the same people.

03

You get the signal, early

When a genuinely-recent DA needs your trade in your area, it arrives by email and SMS with the full context: address, council, DA reference, project and likely value. There’s still time to get your quote in ahead of the pack, and every alert carries the DA reference so you can verify it yourself.

What a signal looks like

One DA, to your inbox and your phone.

Illustrative example, not a real alert.

What you get

Only the jobs that are actually yours.

Matched to your trade

An enrichment engine reads each development and works out which trades it needs, so you only hear about work that’s relevant to you.

Genuinely recent

No stale backlog. Alerts fire on freshly-lodged DAs, so you’re quoting live opportunities instead of chasing jobs that are already done.

In your patch

Filtered to the councils you actually work. No noise from the other side of the state, just your area.

Early enough to matter

You hear when the DA is lodged, not when the build is finished. First to know is first to quote.
