For builders
Your patch, your competitors, and what just got approved in both.
11,791 projects were cleared to begin construction across NSW in July 2026, on $3.57 billion of lodged value. The same record shows which builders are scaling up, pulling back or leaving, council by council and quarter by quarter. Here is one project that just cleared.

What a row says, and what it does not
- Council, stated type, declared value and the reference. Declared value is the applicant's own figure at lodgement, labelled as such, never our estimate.
- A builder league table is built from ABN-verified names in the documents, with the resolution rate shown. Where a builder could not be resolved the row says so rather than guessing.
- Contacts are business points of contact of record from the application, never homeowner or occupier lists. Where the documents named nobody the row says none on file.
Counts are stated as of the last ingest run, not live: we never claim “daily”, because it would not be true. Check your councils, see real output, ask for a builder pack, or start free for 14 days.
