A builder picks one installer across every job they run, so this leads with the builder, not the address: 5,000 builders ranked by new-dwelling volume in the councils we read, over 127,886 sites, about 3,702 a month. AS 3660.1 generally applies to new dwellings, which is a trigger for the class of work, and never a per-property finding. Here is one dwelling at that moment.

What a row says, and what it does not
- The builder, their volume, their councils, and the projects behind the count, so a conversation starts with their pipeline rather than a cold address.
- Every row is a candidate. We do not say a property has termites, needs treatment, or is out of compliance.
- Split first-cycle (a builder with no relationship visible in the record) from standing (one who already appears alongside an installer).
- Contacts are business points of contact of record from the application, never homeowner or occupier lists. Where the documents named nobody the row says none on file.
Counts are stated as of the last ingest run, not live: we never claim “daily”, because it would not be true. Check your councils, see real output, ask for a termite pack, or start free for 14 days.
