For BCA and access consultants
The applications already carrying a report like yours, and the ones that are not.
In the councils we read: 274 BCA reports across 207 applications, 178 access reports across 137, and 64 Section J reports. On another 257 the documents discuss access without naming an access consultant. Here is a consent ordering the work outright.

What a row says, and what it does not
- The document that was lodged, the application it sits on, and the firms already named, so you know whether you are pitching or replacing.
- An application with no consultant named is a candidate, not a finding. It means we read the documents and found nobody, which is not the same as there being nobody.
- Contacts are business points of contact of record from the application, never homeowner or occupier lists. Where the documents named nobody the row says none on file.
Counts are stated as of the last ingest run, not live: we never claim “daily”, because it would not be true. The ordered-access vein is thin, seven consents, so this page leads with lodged reports instead of pretending otherwise.
