For pool builders and certifiers
A pool is approved. Certification follows the water.
Both pathways, DA and complying development, ~758 pool approvals a month statewide. Split into a High tier (the application's own type says “swimming pool”) and a low tier (a combined type that includes one), because those are not the same confidence and should not be sold as one. Here is one just approved.

What a row says, and what it does not
- Council, approval date, pathway and stated development type. Every row is a candidate for certification work, never a finding that a barrier is non-compliant.
- Split first-cycle (just approved, nothing built yet) from standing (already built, so an existing relationship you would be displacing).
- Contacts are business points of contact of record from the application, never homeowner or occupier lists. Where the documents named nobody the row says none on file.
Counts are stated as of the last ingest run, not live: we never claim “daily”, because it would not be true. This figure was corrected once, upwards: we had filtered both pathways on a status the CDC pathway never uses, and 5,070 of 9,101 approvals were invisible. Check your councils, see real output, ask for a pool pack, or start free for 14 days.
