For trades
The consent is public the day it issues. Most trades find out when the hoarding goes up.
In July 2026, 11,791 projects across NSW were cleared to begin construction and 5,586 new applications were lodged. You pick your trades and your councils, and only the matching ones reach you. Here is one that just cleared.
NoneSutherland Shire Council · 2026-08-29
['Alterations and additions to residential development', 'Alterations or additions to an existing building or structure', 'Residential Accommodation'] · $297,000 declared
A real project from the state register, at the moment this page is about. Read on 30 August 2026. The address and the parties are in the product, not on a public page.
What a row says, and what it does not
- The council, the stated development type, the declared value and the reference, so you can check it on the register yourself before you pick up the phone.
- Which trades a project needs is read from what is being built. It is a candidate match, not a guarantee the job is yours to quote.
- Contacts are business points of contact of record from the application, never homeowner or occupier lists. Where the documents named nobody the row says none on file. We tell you the job exists. Winning it is yours.
Counts are stated as of the last ingest run, not live: we never claim “daily”, because it would not be true. Check your councils, see real output, ask for a sample pack, or start free for 14 days.
