For arborists
Arborist work the council has already ordered, in writing.
Not a development that might need a tree report. A condition of consent naming a certified arborist and the stage it falls due by. 242 applications carry one in the councils we read, and 54 of them have a tree report lodged. Here is one.
We corrected this page twice on 1 September 2026 and the first correction was wrong. It read 414 ordered and 328 lodged. We said those two were the wrong way round. They were not: 414 was the count of consent CONDITIONS ordering arborist work and 328 the count of tree reports lodged, both right, and both had since moved by four. Swapping them was our error and the sentence that accused the earlier page of an error was itself the error. Both numbers now count APPLICATIONS on one basis - the records we can share in full - so the two sit on the same footing: 242 with a condition ordering the work, and 54 of those 242 with a tree report lodged. Read against everything we hold rather than only what we can share, it is 705 and 82.

The council’s own wording, the whole condition, from the determination document we hold for this application. Read from the register on 30 August 2026. An account opens the rest of them, and who to contact.
What a row says, and what it does not
- The council’s own wording, the whole condition, the stage it is due before, and the firms already named on that application.
- A condition ordering your discipline is a candidate for your work, not a finding that anything is unmet. We never say a site is non-compliant.
- Contacts are business points of contact of record from the application, never homeowner or occupier lists. Where the documents named nobody the row says none on file.
Counts are stated as of the last ingest run, not live: we never claim “daily”, because it would not be true. Coverage is council by council, so check yours first. Then see real output, ask for an arborist pack, or start free for 14 days.
