The honest answers.
What DA Intel is, where the data comes from, and how it reaches you. If your question isn’t here, email us and we’ll answer it straight.
Where does the data come from?
Public NSW planning and development-application data, published under a CC-BY attribution licence. We turn that public record into signals: which developments are happening and which trades they need. We don’t scrape private contact details and we don’t send spam.
Which councils and trades do you cover?
All 128 NSW councils in the planning dataset, and 456,000+ projects that grows every day. You choose the trades that matter to you, from electrician and plumber to roofer, carpenter, concreter, tiler and more. See the full picture on Coverage.
How does the trade matching work?
An enrichment engine reads each development application and works out which trades the project is likely to need, based on what’s being built. You set your trades, and only matching DAs reach you. There’s a full walkthrough on How it works.
Is this legit and compliant?
Yes. It’s derived entirely from public planning data (CC-BY attributed). We surface development signals, not personal contact lists. There’s no cold-contact scraping, and nothing here is a marketing list of homeowners.
Do you contact the homeowner for me?
No. We tell you a job exists, where, and what it needs, with the DA reference so you can verify it. Reaching out and winning the work is yours to do. We just make sure you know about it first.
How will I get the alerts?
Email and SMS. There’s no app to download. Live sending is being switched on now, and early-access members in each area get turned on first.
How much does it cost, and when can I start?
The platform is live and we’re onboarding founding members. Join the list or book a demo and we’ll set you up as alerts go live in your patch. Early-access pricing is shared when you join, and founding members lock in the best rate. No card required to get on the list. See Pricing.
