For building product suppliers
The specification is written before anyone orders anything.
$3.57 billion of declared value was lodged across NSW in July 2026, on 5,586 applications, none of them decided yet. That is the window where a product is chosen, or not. Here is one still open.

A real project from the state register, at the moment this page is about. Read on 30 August 2026. The address and the parties are in the product, not on a public page.
What a row says, and what it does not
- Council, stated type, declared value and the reference, plus the materials and brands the lodged documents name.
- A brand mention is a mention, counted honestly. We never dress a mention count up as market share, and we never infer a specification that is not written down.
- Contacts are business points of contact of record from the application, never homeowner or occupier lists. Where the documents named nobody the row says none on file.
Counts are stated as of the last ingest run, not live: we never claim “daily”, because it would not be true. Check your councils, see real output, ask for a supplier pack, or start free for 14 days.
